Palacios de la Sierra has some accommodation in rural houses and hotels, but both Quintanar de la Sierra (8km) and Salas de los Infantes (17km) as well as San Leonardo (17km) have a wide range of hotels and restaurants, so you will have no problem, in case you need or want to have this type of services.
